How much i should be able to bench???!


Question: How much i should be able to bench!?!?!?
okay, I am 12 years old!. And i weigh 128 lbs!. i am 5' 3"
how much should i be able to bench!?
I can get 75 right now!. is that good!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

75 lbs pounds is very good, you can usually use the 3/4 pounds rule, whater 3/4 of your weight equals is what you should be able to bench!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ease into benching if youre starting out!. If you want to build muscle, you should progressively overload the muscle you want to build!. Give 2 days of recovery between each muscle group to allow repair and avoid overtraining!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I wouldn't worry right now how much you can bench!. I would make sure you have a proper form when benching!. If you can only lift seventy five pounds then that's alright!. Within a year or two, you'll notice big gains in strength!. Technically, the average person should be able to lift their own weight!. By the time you hit high school, you can begin striving to become stronger by lifting alot of weight!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
