Question: How long will it take before you stop hurting!?
If you currently live a very sedentary lifestyle and do not exercise on a regular basis, how long will it take for your muscles to stop hurting once you begin exercising daily!? Five days!? More!? Less!? Any answers would be great!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The time it takes for your muscles to heal or stop being sore are generally 2-3 days!. The more you work out, the less your muscles will be sore or will heal more faster!. That is why they have that old saying "no pain, no gain"!.

For me, when I first started working out, I was sore for a couple days, and then I would be sore for a day each time I would increase my routine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It depends how hard you train!. I would suggest you work your way up so you don't feel as sore!.!.!.I would suggest starting with a few minutes a day and work your way up to 20 minutes or more!.

For me it took about 2 months before I stopped getting sore from working out!. The more you work out the less sore you will get as well!. If you get sore the best remedy for it is stretching and going on a light jog!. If you keep that up the soreness will surely fade in time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
U start for a period upto which u feel comfortable on the first day and go on increasing the period, say 10% every week!.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Nothing other than water in between!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day!.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time!. Do not be in a hurry!.
