Tell me your weight loss story?
I'm currently in the process of trying to lose about 65 pounds. I've already lost 16, so I have 49 more to go. If you have lost a lot of weight, tell me how you did it. I have been counting calories, which works really well for me, but I need to step up the exercise. Tell me what worked best for you.
Answers:
south beach diet (u are not deprive of food, u can even still eat jello, chocolate, and have all the coffee and tea u wanted).
read labels (the labels that u can find at the back of a food pack. nutritional facts and its ingredients. dont eat it if its made of any hydrogenated.) and
exercise make it fun and enjoyable (hiphop abs, swim, tennis)
15 lbs in 2 wks. not difficult to do so. just enjoy.
