Question: I NEED TO LOSE 20 POUNDS! help!!!?
I want to lose 20 pounds as fast as i can!. So what im asking is how much should i be working out how many calories and carbs!. should i be getting!?

I know how you feel and please ignore these assholes that have nothing better to say!. i am 5'5 also and weigh 160 - I just had 2 children in less than two years so most of my problem is my belly!. As silly as it sounds - exercise and diet can do wonders!. dont stop eating just take in smaller portions!. the trick is to burn more calories than you are taking in!.

i had a woman come to my college who had been on NBC's The biggest loser!. She had graduated from the same college that i go to and diet and exercise is all she did and she lost 177 pounds! If she can do it - 20 to 30 pounds for us is no prob right! Easier said than done!.

try to avoid a lot of butter, fats, sugars, oils!.

do swimming, best exercise there is you work every thing and burn carbs like mad, 1500 cals would be alright, watch your soda, sport drink consumption, thinks like gadorade have lots of cals, drink waterWww@Answer-Health@Com

Eat 6 smaller meals a day rather then 3 larger ones!. Try to have a salad every day and also exercise!. You dont have to take it to an extreme, just make sure that you do it consistantly and mix up your exercises(swimming, running, biking at a fast pace)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I run about 7-8 miles a day and
Weight train every other day
Daily calorie intake 1500
Water at least 8 bottles
Breakfast-Oatmeal with wheat bread and o!.j!.
Lunch-Some kind of daily sandwich that doesn't have bologna or salami
Dinner-Whatever I want just no fried foods
I also take a protein shake after my work out
At the pace I am going I am losing about 2!.5 lbs a week!.

Your weight and height are fine but if you choose to lose add some extra cardio or weight training into whatever you do now!. Don't mess around with your diet, you are younger and need the extra nutrition!. You're a teenager, you are no where near obese so don't worry so much about your weight! My friend is your height and was your exact weight and she lost 15 pounds in 2 months using the S diet (no snacks, no sweets, no seconds)!. She also had about 1200 cals a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

don't worry about your weight, but if you want to lose weight, you can probably jog for 15 minutes in the morning, do jumping jacks or sit ups, they'll help!. don't worry about the calories!. just eat healthy food, that's really all you need, don't eat anything fating, just eat it once in awhile but not a whole lot, same with soda, don't drink too much!. When you look at the box for calories, don't look at that, just look at the ingredients, see what you know, don't eat anything that you don't know!. and also exercise, get active and have fun!. don't exercise or do activities that you don't like, try some sports, what i do is i swim, tennis, and sometimes basketball!. try sports that you want to try and try it with friends or family!. Don't put your self on a diet, it could ruin a lot of things, sometimes people go anorexic just by diets!. you don't have to take my advice, but it helped me, family, and some friends, and now I'm trying to do lots of sports, and be more healthier in the summer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
