Question: How to get a cheerleader body!?
wondering how to get the body of a cheerleader and be able to do the splits!. I am trying to loose weight but eatting better!. but what is there workout routine!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i advise you to drink green tea 1-3 glasses per day
green tea speeds up your metabolism
drink lots and lots of water 8 glasses each day!.
do not snack
do not eat 6 meals a day, try to only eat 3
if you are really hungry and you've had all your daily meals snack on fruits ( oranges, apples, bananas )
exercise more try and run for at least 30 minutes a day
get more active
get more sleep it prepares your body
stretch, yes it works and it doesn't just help you lose weight it helps with you're growing to make you a little taller
count your calories try to stay under the amount of 1300 calories per day
change you're lifestyle it makes a difference
do not eat candy or chips eat more greens or protein bars
avoid fast food and cut out fried food when you cook your meal oven cook your food do not fry it
chew gum because when you chew gum you do not pick at food for example if theres some chips in you're cupboard you go to them a think good damn they look good then you would say no i cant pick at them because i dont wanna throw my gum away
do not eat after 6pm because before 6pm you can burn all you're food off and if you eat after six it will lay on you're stomach as you eat!.
do not eat before you go to sleep
drink a glass of water before you go to sleep
eat spicy food, if you can because it speeds up you're metabolism
do not weigh you're self everyday because it torments you,weight you're self once a week ( every Monday )

I hate to seem like I'm spamming, and hate to seem cranky about it, but people refuse to understand this!.
I'm sorry if this upsets people but the answer to their problems is so simple! i know it's tough to have willpower and stick with this, and I'm no medical professional, but I know the true secret to lose weight and keep it off!. It has been around for thousands of years, when mankind existed before the industrial revolution!. You want to know the secret!? It's the easiest remedy, requires no guesswork, and can take awhile, but is worth the benefits!? Suspense gotcha yet!?

OK, the real true way the body was created, to maintain your weight true to your height and build is to!.!.!.!.

1) Eat as much unprocessed organic foods as possible!. Lay off the prepackaged, starchy, homogenised, refined foods!. Fresh fruit, fresh veggies, whole grains, and get as much protein from vegetation!. ANYTHING YOU WOULD BE ABLE TO RAISE, GROW OR COOK FROM SCRATCH!! If you must eat meat, eat organic!. Or buy from kosher markets!. Drink bottled spring water!. Fiji water is the best!. It might seem more expensive at first, but think of it this way!. Would you rather pay into aggravating medical bills stemming from your unhealthy lifestyle, or spend a little more serving you and your family healthy foods your bodies intended to have since the creation of mankind!?
Think about it!. There wasn't a whole lot of overweight couch potato settlers!. They worked for what they had!. Physical labor, for meagre earnings, meagre food rationed!. yet, they survived!. They were their average weight!. There was not diabetes, or any strange diseases we see today!. Don't believe me!? Google it!. Which brings me to number 2!.!.!.

2) Exercise as much as you can!. Even if it means short simple walks daily at first!. Before all the modernisation of the world we walked, lifted, stooped, knelt, and occasionally ran!. The ratio to exercise is burn off at least over half of what you consumed the previous day!. Normal brain functions, stress, everyday activities besides exercise burns off the rest, and doesn't deposit as fat!.

If you aren't healthy enough for physical activities, I urge you to cut out the prepackaged foods, and corn syrup laden drinks, and eat more natural foods!. I guarantee you will lose weight from just doing that, than relying on herbal teas or any nutritional supplements you found that say "AS SEEN ON TV"!. Marketing gimmicks won't make you be healthy!. ITS ONLY UP TO YOU!

hahaha, well, when I saw this I was like "if you want a cheerleader's body, then just do cheerleading" but then I realised you can probably already figure that out for yourself, so i'l be nice :P lol i'm a cheerleader and I jog every morning for 30 minutes and practice my cheer jumps and tumbling on my trampoline for a while every night, I also eat pretty healthy and about 1500 cals a day!. For the splits, there's no easy way, it's gonna HURT! You just need to stretch and stretch and streatch some more, and eventually in about two weeks if you really work hard, you'll be doin' perfect splits! ** also, whever you're sitting down watching tv, just sit in the splits, this helps alottt :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
