protiens: hard boiled egg whites (eggs are prettty cheap) fat free cottage cheese. chicken is a little pricey, but neccessary. protiens are your most expensive foods.
carbs: cereal, yogurt, frozen fruit (cheap and lasts longer) whole wheat bread and crackers. most carbs are cheaper
fats: natural peanut butter (lasts forever since you shouldn't be eating much of them! reasonable price
pair a protien with a carb and you got a meal! also, sometimes giant runs sales on the lean quizines, healthy choice, and south beach meals. they are all pretty nutritious, though nothing beats real food. definately watch cupons.
