How can I stop eating out of boredom and get motivated to be more active?

I have moved to a new city and am not working at the moment

I've never had weight problems >:( just worried it'll lead to this


Answers:

make a list of reasons you might not exercise then think of answers for all of them

try to vaguely timetable in exercise, like make sure you walk for an hour every monday or something

dont be bored,do something you're interested in

drink more water- sometimes thirst is mistaken for hunger

dont have too many available snacky foods in the house

be out if you can and try not to buy food out
