Pool exercises?
i have an elliptical at home, but i will be housesitting for the next two weeks. the house has a pool, besides swimming laps what cardio can i do? is a kickboard effective? what about strengh training. any ideas?

Ok well I'm a competitive swimmer and really unless you have the equipment like (kickboards, flippers, pull-buoy, pads) it's really best to just swim. It works your entire body really develops your core and shoulders. Do you know all 4 swimming styles? Butterfly, Backstroke, Breaststroke, Freestyle? They focus on different parts of the body so that helps.
