ok, i know im not fat, but i was wondering if walking, biking, rollerblading, golfing, swimming, and jumping on the trampoline for one hour a every day (one of those a day) if i will lose weight and/or stay in shape!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

By speed walking you can stay in shape not loose weight
And you have to do diffrent stuff have a variety!. if not, you will loose weight i the begining and stop because your body is use to that already!. I say Start off with the easy work outs and go for the harder ones after!.
change your exercise routine often and dont do the same thing all week!.

If your lose more calories than you eat, you will lose weight for sure!. If you want to stay in shape then instead of sweating exercises, do the weight training exercises (dumbells etc!.)!. Thats how you will stay in shape and not loose weight, you will get lean muscles and toned body this wayWww@Answer-Health@Com
