Bench press help?!
Question: Bench press help!?
im trying to build my 1 rep max for the bench press, and right now i can do 205 lbs, and once a week i try to do 210lbs and i cant, and i dont know why it isnt working, its been 2 weeks and that 5 pounds wont go up, this is my bench routine:
135lbs: 10 reps/ 3 sets
145lbs: 5 reps/ 2 sets
175lbs: 5 reps/ 1 set
185: 3 reps/ 1 set
i do this twice a week, and i still cant get 210 up, i need advice on what i should do, and why i might not be getting my goal!. thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

Take a week off from bench, switch it up!. Hit your tris and other muscles involved with benching individually!. Then go back and rip it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
