Question: So do you think its possible for me to lose 10 pounds in a month!?
i am only 5'0" [[[very short]]] with a small frame!.
and i weigh around 125!.
i cant run because of health reasons among others!.

so what can and cant i do, or what should i do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, you can drop 10 lbs in one month's time!.
1) Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water a day!.
2) Walk at least one mile a day!.
3) Eat plenty of veggies and fruit every day!.
4) Low fat diet!.
5) Eat several small portion meals a day!.
6) Don't try to starve yourself, that just increases your metabolism!.

Just good old common sense in your eating habit (NO fast food!)!. Keep moderatey active!.

You don't have to run to lose weight, walking is sufficient and is very good exercise!.

Once you lose the 10, you can maintain that weight by sticking to a plan of continual exercise and a healthy diet!. Otherwise, you'll put the 10 back on in no time!.

Sorry to say but there is really no other way of losing weight for minimum cost!. Mayb invest in a exersise bike or some other fitness equiptment!. Ohhh and eat healthy k!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

swimming is the best exercise it works your whole body, running on the spot, palates, jumping jacks, sit ups, crunches, lift some weights for the arms, walking is amazing for your health, hope some of these help!. Good luck :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

you totally can!. I have lost about 20 pounds in the past month!. Let me start by saying that is extremely bad for you to lose more than two pounds a week!. I started with a detox fast (lemonade fast) for 10 days which sucked, then eased myself into regular food by drink OJ for 2 days and then started eating veggies, I am also now on a regular exercise program, I bike 5 days a week and I haven't gained a single pound, in fact I am still losing weight! Remember though, if you are going to lose weight, do it the right way, good green foods and exercise, dont use diet pills or any of that stuff, its uber bad for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It seems you can;t do anything exercise wise so I'd say eat a healthy balanced diet and do some ab work!.

Cardio is the best way to lose weight if you could figure out how to do something it'd be better than the diet and abs alone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes you can!. The key is diet diet and exercise!.

You need to eat 5-6 small meals a day!. Eat some protein with each meal! Cut out all refined sugar!!! Also add more fiber!. The fiber and protein will fill you up, helping you to cut down on your unhealthy eating!. Also by eating more than 3 meals spread out through the day you will kick your metabolism in high gear!. Here is a general meal for a day:

Breakfast: 2 poached eggs
whole wheat toast
1/2 cup fruit

Snack: Cottage Cheese with veggie

Lunch: Turkey, lettuce, tomato, whole wheat bread sandwich
1/2 cup fruit

Snack: Protein Shake

Dinner: Turkey Burger ( no bun )
Side of brown rice
Side of Broc!.




Then exercise regularly 4-5 days a week!. Do both cardio and lifting!. But on days that you do both!. Do lifting before your cardio and you will maximize your fat burn!. Cardio can be a sport: basketball, soccer, football, anything with losts of movement!. Golf is a no no!.

So Example :

Monday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
Tuesday - 1 hour lifting
Wednesday - Rest
Thrusday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
Friday - 1 hour lifting
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio

I've lost 45lbs since october by joining weightwatchers!. It was the kick i needed to learn what foods worked for my body!. I dont consider myself on a diet, rather learning how to eat properly!. But some people are able to stick to the programme from home, i personally need the kick of a weigh in to keep me on track!.

My daily food plan is the following, it changes every day but its worked so far for me!. The only thing i have stopped eating is bread and i eat brown rice instead of white, and I have cut down on the junk i was eating before, but still allow myself treats!. With this plan i have been loosing between 1-2lbs a week!.

Breakfast:
Wholegrain cereal or porrage!.
Lowfat yoghurt!.
Piece of fruit!.

Lunch:
Pasta with fresh veggies/
crackerbreads with low fat cream cheese/
low fat soup and crackerbreads!.

Dinner:
Chicken stir fry with lots of veggies and RICE noodles!.

Snacks:
Popcorn, fruit or raw veg, or a treat of small choc bar!.
