Question:

Will this diet i came up with be sucessful?

i am 5' 8" and weigh 136 lbs. i really want to get down to 126 lbs.

so i want to try only eating weight watchers frozen entrees. they all have 10 grams of fat or less and 300 calories or less.

supposing i eat 6 of them a day, i would be consuming 1,800 calories and 60 grams of fat a day.

if i stick to this diet will i lose the weight i want to?

p.s. i don't exercise and don't intend to start so don't suggest it.

I doubt this will do what you want. I read once that you take the weight you WANT to be and multiply it by 10 and that will give you the calories per day you should ingest. So, if you want to be 150, you eat 1500 cals per day. If you want to be 126, you eat roughly 1260 cals per day. But, I would mention that 5'8 and 136 is well within healthy guidelines for a good weight. You are not fat in the slightest from the sound of it.
