Question: Possible!? (Pictures included!) HELP! 10 points!!?
Is it possible to get down to 120 pounds or less by June 12th if i start eating 1,000 calories on Monday April 28th!? I am 5'9 and 132 pounds!.!.actually probably 133 now from how i've been eating!. I will do about 30-45 minutes of cardio (or more) per day everyday and 15-20 minutes of ab/side work everyday!.
I will eat 1,000-1,200 calories per day!.
Can i get a body like this by June!?

Sure! just make sure your 1000 calories = from fruits and veggies and stuff!.
also keeping track in writing is good, so that you know exactly how much you're eating!.
make sure you do lots of exercise as well, cardio is the best!Www@Answer-Health@Com

are you kidding your probibly close to that besides , your supposed to eat around 1200 calories a day and 133 is a good weight imean if your under 5ft you could worry, but you sound bakini material plus your 59 most people that age are near 200 give yourself a break be happy with who you are!

well first if you are that tall and just way 133 personally i yhink you look great but if you rally want to do it always remember your hips and stomach will be the last thing for the wieght to come off ever time i try to lose weight the first place it comes off is your chest then legs then your butt and lastly your stomach but please dont starve your self because that will make you not only sick you wont lose weight !.so while you are doing this weight lose i would suggest if you want a tight stomach to do sit ups {worked for me} stay away from sweets and potatoes try eating baked chicken or fish but not to much fish because your stomach wont digest fish properly eating it ever day {makes you naseated} so i suggest you baking your food so there is not grease also try a little vegges and if you like bannas you need to keep up with your potasium so eat at least 2 a week because when you lose weight you lose fluid so you need that potasium okay but please dont try to get to little its not good for you 10 pounds is all you need to lose because of your height so keep in mind that someone that is 5'9 will weight more than someone 5'4 or so because of the height and not because you are fat so keep that in mind will you are dieting ok i think you loook fine but you do what makes you feel good but not sick!. thanks good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

for your stomach!.!.!.do planks!.!.!.!.they are excellent for you stomach!.

for your hips and inner thighs!.!.!.nothing beats lunges and squats!. vary them!.!.!.do walking lunges, do backward lunges and etc!.

i think by june!.!.!.i think you can get a body like that!.!.!.but you need to work out more or eat 800 calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
