Question: How was me and my brothers diet today!?
Me: breakfast: blueberry muffin and lemonade
lunch: strawberries and kiwi, chicken tenders, lemon sherbert
snack: chocolate chip muffins
dinner: liver and shrimp rice
last snack: icecream
Brother: breakfast: nothing
lunch: apple and milk(school lunch yuk)
snack:chocolate chip muffins candy
dinner: waffles and bacon
last snack: crabs

Too much sugar!. And it sounds like the other meals were processed!. Heavy on the fats!. Better get some vegetables and whole grains in your diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
