Can somebody PUT ME OFF EATING FOOD!
I hate having to eat it but my Mom is always frigin watching me because I used to have an e!.d but I have found some new ways to hide it!
So can somebody PLEASE be very gross and make me not want to eat!.

You should eat!.!. Especially if you use to have an eating disorder!. You body needs the essential vitamins, minerals, and energy!. Not eating food is just going to make you really sick!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you still have an eating disorder hunny sorry but saying you used to have one is a bit daft considering you are asking us to gross you out so you wont eat!. MMM!.!.!. Chocolate!. So rich and creamy and sweet!. Eat girl! You really aren't gonna lose a lot of weight from not eating!. You lose weight when you burn more calories than you eat!. So you can eat nothing, and do nothing b/c you don't have energy and then you won't lose any weight!. Or you could eat healthy and then burn away twice the calories you ate and lose a lot off weight! Stop concentrating on NOT eating and start concentrating on EXERCISE!Www@Answer-Health@Com

you really should eat more, like im 5 feet flat and i weigh more than you, its not healthy to stop eating, i know this may not be what you want to hear, but if you seriously dont want to gain weight, just eat healthy stuff, like fruits and veggies, as long as you eat somethingWww@Answer-Health@Com

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Nothing other than water in between!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for about 30 min!. regularly preferably twice a day!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time!. Do not be in a hurry!.

This schedule will also be helpful in maintaining good healthy weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

5'7, 98 lbs, I really don't think you have a problem with eating, you're just mad because everyone is pushing you to eat right, which actually will benefit you later in life!.
Just control what you eat and eat right, that's all!. And don't let everyone else bug you!.
two great tricks to get over hunger and eating disorders are
1: dip half a piece of bread in 1 teaspoon of olive oil, eat it before a meal, that should make you less hungry
2: eat a little bit, wait 20 minutes for it to digest, see if you're still hungry!.


By the way, if you wanted a whole bunch of people to call you a gross pig or something, believe me, it's not going to happen!. It's not true, and being mentally screwed up is no way to do anything, it will make you more nervous and depressed and probably make you want to eat more a month from now!. Don't ask people to bully you, it's not worth it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
