Question:

Is it enough? i wanna lose weight?

breakfast(10) - cherrios

lunch(3:30) - stir fry(no oil), sandwhich, veggie platter

5: run on the tredmill for 30 mins, 3 reps of 10 on a boflex thing weere it works my legs and arms

7:30- a salad

9- carrots or some vegatables w/o dressing

lots of water

50 situps/crunches @ night then at night

ill swtich up my foods =]


Answers:

Well you don't want to eat after 7:30 because that is usually when your metabolism slows down. If you want to eat a small snack make sure to eat 2-3 hours before your normally go to sleep. Make sure to drink water during your meal because it makes you full faster. You also want to make sure that you eat no more than 1500 calories a day. Otherwise it seems ok.
