Question: How much weight can i loose before july 18 and how!?
I'm 13, 5 ft, and 107 lbs!.
i want to go down to 90 - 95!.
cheerleading camp ( when they decide who the flyers are going to be) starts july 18!.
i want to be flyer so i have to loose alot of weight!.
I dont really want to much running because i have a hip problem!. im good with dieting and other excercise (if you suggest that please give me some hints at what kind of diet / excercise)

I lost 11 lbs in one week without working out at all!. Only eat 20 carbs a day!. NO fruit, candy, bread, noodles, anything wheaty!. Just meat and veggies, and cheese!. It doesn't matter how many calories you eat!. Just carbs!. In total, i lost 40 lbs in 3 months! You end up not even feeling hungry!. It is amazing!.

Side effects: While getting rid of your bad toxins in the body, your breath may smell funny (so chew gum and brush teeth alot) and your pee may smell funny also
(this doesn't last that long though)
For the first week you may feel a little bit light headed, nothing serious, just your body getting used to it!. If you feel light headed, drink a little bit of juice or fruit but don't undo your whole day!. If you have beef, it takes longer to digest, so wait until a few days to weigh yourself!. oh & make sure to diet!.
small portions!.
drinks lots of water!

You can lose about 5 pounds a week (& if u do it with exercise then it would be healthy), try dancing or shaping & eat mostly vegetables (oh & sugar is really bad & waste of calories)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ugh these people are all wrong!.

You can only lose 1% of your bodyweight per week safely!. For you, that's one pound a week!.

Unless you want to lose muscle and bone, whch I'm assuming you don't!. Because that's what happens when you try to lose 5 pounds a week!Www@Answer-Health@Com
