Crunches and sit ups will only tone your muscles under belly fat and even doing that they are not that effective!.

I think that bicycle crunches(!?) are more effective (I'm am not sure that they're called that but they generally use those motions lol)

try running more than walking though, it would really be more effective than walking alone since you'll burn more calories in less timeWww@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, you can!. Crunches are great for removing fat but is more for toning also trying to get those six pack abs!. But to remove fat you are actually better off dieting and walking or other cardio!.

I'm losing weight, just from diet alone!. I eat oatmeal for breakfast(the fiber is good 4 you)
then I have salad 4 lunch
and if I even have dinner, then it's a light meal, like rice and beans or something(beans 4 protien)
I drink alot of water too!.
The walking will help you lose weight, that's how my mom loses weight, she goes walking for an hour every night!. But if you walk, make sure you eat enough to keep up your strenght!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dieting is the ONLY way to loose fat!. You can do 3,000 situps a day, but if your wolfing down bigmacs by the dozens than its all for not!. Dieting is for weight loss, exercise is for muscle tone and cardiovascular!. The two are not interchangeable!. Savvy!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

People with no tummy fat are in a high-impact lifestyle!. The minute they take a break is the minute the tummy fat comes back!. Reason why: it's supposed to be there! Granted, you aren't doomed to a lifetime of muffin-top, but you will probably never have washbord abs!. And watch out if you actually do lose all that fat - your weight may get so low that you lose your menstral cycle as well!

It's a common myth that crunches and situps will get rid of belly fat!.

Unfortunately this is false!. You can't target fat loss!. The only way to lose belly fat is by lowering your overall body fat percentage!. Doing crunches and situps will make your ab muscles bigger!. If you don't drop your body fat % crunches and situps won't make a difference!.

There is some hope though!. Muscle requires a lot of energy to maintain, and when you have more muscle your body can't keep up with the energy demands and starts to burn fat!. But please remember that fat loss and muscle gain are two completely separate processes!.

The best way to get into shape is to lift weights (yes even girls should lift weights, and no it is impossible for girls to get bulky and ripped!. The ones you see are probably on roids)!. Also get a good cardio work out in to burn fat now!. I'm a guy and trust me, at my gym all the hot girls are in the weight room (lifting heavier weights than I do) and all the overweight ones are on the treadmills!.!.!.!.

Eventually as your muscles get bigger or "toned" they will be huge energy drains on your body!. Your metabolism will skyrocket and you wont' have to worry as much about limiting your diet (still eat healthy)!. This will help to KEEP your fat % down!.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Nothing other than water in between!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably twice a day!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time!. Do not be in a hurry!.
