I am 18, 6"2 and 140 punds, I have been trying to gain waight for years and no luck?

I play soccer, I got this Whey protein thing from a lady that used to work with me, I dont how much to take so I just dont take it. How can i gain muscle fast, is there any pills? legal ones? that can help me gain mucle? No stupid answers please.


Answers:

I was 6'2 142 when I was 17. I was 6'2 180 when I was 18. I few years later I was 6'2 200. One of the obvious ways to add weight is calories, lots of them daily.

Eat until your full, and continue to eat more. This stretches your stomach and allows you to handle more food.

Be sure and eat a lot around bedtime. Foods like milk, peanut butter, and ice cream are good for calories. Forget about the fat content and look for calories on food labels.

Don't waist your appetite on foods with few calories. Eat meats like bologna and use lots of mayo on sandwiches.

I would also get checked out for allergies and other medical conditions that might be causing you not to gain weight.

At you size and age it will all go to muscle. Weight training right now is not a good idea. It will not help you gain weight. Maybe later on.
