Will working one part make that part really strong?!


Question: Will working one part make that part really strong!?
when u go to the gym ur suppose to be there for like 30 minutes!.in that time u do either upper body wokouts or lower body workouts!.like bench incline shoulder press!.!.etc!. what would happen if u spent 30 minutes in the gym doing only one workout!?like if i spent 30 minutes doing only bench press!.would i have really strong triceps!.im am talking about over the time period of eating all the protein i need to after the workout,like in a few days would i end up having really strong triceps as upposed if i had done more than 1 upper body workout for 30 minutes!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Doing only one workout for a whole 30 minutes would lead to over training fast, but also wouldn't yield much gains!. Simple, heavy compound exercises are all that's needed to become strong(such as Bench Press, Squat, Deadlift; the basics)!. The rest of the exercises are accessories!. Oh, and strength gain is helped by eating a lot, not only protein, but everything; carbs, fats, etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You would end up over training that muscle or it would grow in an akward way I work one body part a day like today im gonna do tricepts but with about 4-5 different excesices so you should do that it you want to add mass but just vary the excersices to keep you muscles pumped!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well if u only work on your Triceps and chest (Benchpressing) U will develop a unbalanced body!. Also U will develop a sydrome called (I think) GorrilaismWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you workout for 30 minutes just one side of a muscle you're going to extenuate it so much that you can harm it!. The triceps, for example, have several sides of the muscle that need several exercises concentrated in each side!. Otherwise, the muscle is not going to grow uniformly and won't look nice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you workout one particular part of your body correctly meaning every other day which allows that particular muscle group to rest and recoupe then yes you will notice some development!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes you'd get strong triceps,over time ,it goes like these what ever muscles you work out the stronger they become, but it doesnt happen over night but over weeks and months, well take care,Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok first of all 30 mins in in the gym is kinda short for most people at the gym!. Doing the same work out everyday for the whole time your at the gym wont get you stronger faster!. your muscles need time to repair to get stronger so killing them for 30 mins everyday wont work!. I would recomend doing chest and back one day then arms another day then legs another!. do multiple exercises to work out different muscles!. and you will get a full body work out!. PS bench primarily works out your pectorals or pecs not your triceps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
