drinking water will defenetly make you feel less hungry, how much weight you lose will be affected by your height but try to eat healthily and whenever you feel like snacking drink some water because hunger is often confused with thurst, eat alot of fruits as they take longer to digest and you will feel full, and remember, drink like a fish, that phrase sticks in my head and reminds me to drink water!. good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

In short, the quickest way to loose weight is thru exercise!. Running especially!.!.!. The best part about getting a solid exercise routine in place is that you will never have to worry about dieting anymore!! All you do is that if you ate something "bad", then you just run a few extra miles the next day!. I have done this for years, and it works quite well!.

You can drink all the water you want, but if you're not eating right it won't do any good!. A combination of exercise and a healthy diet is the surest way to lose weight!. There is such thing as too much water as well!.

a recent research revealed that drinking water wont do much!.and it is not advisable to try to lose weight quickly!.good diet and exercises only better way to reduce weight!.take vegetables and rich fiber food!.stay away from fast foods,ice creams,etcWww@Answer-Health@Com
