breakfast(10) - cherrios / and or a boiled egg
lunch(3:30) - stir fry(no oil), sandwhich, veggie platter
5: run on the tredmill for 30 mins, 3 reps of 10 on a boflex thing weere it works my legs and arms
7:30- a salad
9- carrots or some vegatables w/o dressing not a BIG meal like just a few to snack on
lots of water
50 situps/crunches @ night then at night around 9:30
i usualy go to bed at 11
ill swtich up my foods =]
TO LITTLE? i dont no wat else to eat and not eat to much fat
wat are some good low calorie recipies

what else should i eat to put in to give me more iron

This list is really lacking protein. You will become anemic without any iron. Think wisely about this, maybe consult a doctor?
