Question: What are the best weights to purchase, to tone up chest muscles!?
im 5ft2 and have saggy 34b breasts which id like to tone up so they look more perky!. was wondering what weights would be suitable to use!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can work out pretty much your entire chest with a pair of dumb bells and a bench that can be adjusted to an incline!.

If you lie flat and perform dumb bell presses, you work the centre of the chest!. Inclining the bench moves the focus of the work towards your upper chest (don't set it too high or you'll shift the workload onto your shoulders and work those instead)!. Conversely, if you decline the bench (so that your feet are above your head) and perform the sam exercise, you work the bottom of the chest!.
Flat dumb bell flyers will work the outer chest (near your armpits)!. With those 3 exercises you've got pretty much the whole muscle covered!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Push are a good exercise to tone up!. If you can't do a push or only can do a few, try doing them with your knees touching the ground until you can build up enough strength to do normal push ups!. A good weight training exercise is the incline press with dumbells!. You could probably start out with 5 or 10 pound dumbells in each hand, sit on an incline bench and press them straight upward, then down in a controlled manner!. Keep in mind for beginners, proper form is more important than the amount of weight being lifted!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
