It indirectly helps!.!.!.
Basically fiber makes you feel more full, when you feel full your eat less, and eating less (especially when combined with exercise) helps you lose more body fat!.
But, to note, water can also make you feel more full and has zero-calories!. So eating foods with high fiber and fiber supplements + drinking lots of water are both good steps toward weight loss!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't believe so, though a lot of health foods such as fruits and veggies have fiber in them and eating healthy with exercise will get rid of belly fatWww@Answer-Health@Com
