Question: Is it normal to lose weight like this!?
is it normal while dieting and exercising to lose 2 lbs per week the first 2 weeks then all of the sudden not lose anything the 3rd and 4th week (no change in diet and exercise!?) and then lose 3-4 lbs the 5th week!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your body is probably getting use to the routine, either that or you have to try harder since your burning more!. Be sure you're not cheating your diet but hey look at the bright side, atleast your not gaining weight!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
my body will fluctuate 165lbs + or - 3lbs depending on when i eat!. thats what is probably happening!. you just weighed yourself at a time when you were full or had a lot of water in you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
