What else to do to help get in shape (lose fat)?

okay I'm 13 and right now I go for a swim for about half an hour every morning but I know I should exercise more to lose a noticable amount of weight, so what excersises could I do to help lose fat?

Hello! It is nice to know that you are conscious about your health and fitness. Going for a swim it is good but eating or drinking cola after the swim should be avoided as, all the food you eat is then stored by the way of fat in your body ,for which you are doing the swimming,Am I correct ,if so please do drink a lot of water as it will not only quench your hunger ,it will also clean your blood by removing many a toxins by the way of your urine.
Exercising is good but over doing is bad. You could do Yoga for a change and flexibility too.
