MOMS: loose sagging skin?!


Question: MOMS: loose sagging skin!?
well, i am a mother of a 2 year old and im 7 weeks pregnant right now!.
its so gross, i have some sagging skin at the bottom of my stomach and ewww, i know!. i was wondering if, #1 it will get worse after the second baby, and #2 does crunches and working out fix the sagging skin!? or not!?

does anyone have experience this!? are there any moms out there that have had loose sagging skin and when you worked out it toned your belly up!? and how did you do it!?

Yeah, unfortunately, the most you can do is loose weight - the skin will regain it's elasticity to some point, but not all the way!. The second baby might not make so much of a difference cause you're already stretched out!.
Crunches don't help - have you ever seen one of those talk shows were the ladies who lost like 200 lbs have all that hanging skin all over their bodies!? The only way they can fix it is plastic surgery!.
You can try some of those creams that are supposed to build colagen after the second one comes - and use cocoa butter during the pregnancy, but there's not a whole lot you can do!. unfortunately - I know just how you feel - my belly button looks like a teepee now!. YUCKWww@Answer-Health@Com

2!. it will ger worse, and the worse news is that those skin are dead skin the reason i know is that once i saw on dr!. 90210 (plastic surgery show) a lady she does all sorts of exercises and very fit but her lower tummy has this disgusting sagging part and wont go away no matter what she does LOL
so she got tummy tuck and got better

my advice is to not have any more kids
and start with some walking or jogging and help tighening the part of the skin that's still alive
the last resort is to go for tummy tuck if you have the need to wear bikini on regular basis =) or just to feel great about yourself =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

crunches can work some but if it is an extreme amount of skin you might have to resort to surgery or spanx!. :D

The sagging skin is probably due to a separation of the skin from the muscle!. It happens to some women from pregnancy and childbirth!.
If this is the case, you could do crunches for the rest of your life and it won't help this problem!. This is where a tummy tuck helps!.
I'm not an advocate of plastic surgery, but there isn't anything else that can be done in this case!. And it might be an option for you!.
This is one issue that I would bring up with your doctor next time you go in for a visit!. They can refer you to somebody if it bothers you that much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it will get worse, yes!., but stay fit during your second pregnancy(if allowed by dr) like walking everyday and doing light excercizes!. Crunches will help afetr the baby is born but it depends on how much loose skin you have!. After the baby is born, start exercicing as soon as the dr lets you!. Good luck!.
