Prom...weight?!


Question: Prom!.!.!.weight!?
ok so im heavy but im actually shapely for my weight! i was just hoping to lose a little before prom!. any easyish way i can lose 5 or 10 pounds before may 10th WITHOUT throwing up or skipping meals!? i do atkins when im in a pinch and can EASILY lose 5 pounds in the first week but im actually worried that id start too early and my dress be loose or start too late and not lose what i want!. so help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

No pop (soda) or chips!. Watch your salt intake for 5 days!. Drink water every day starting now and your weight will gradually drop!. You need water to wash away the toxins in your body, they say to take your weight and divide it by two and that's how many ounces of water daily you need!. Ex!.
I weigh 120 pounds, divided in two is 60!. So I need to drink 60 ounces of water daily and I will be healthy and stay at my weight!. But do not eat a lot of salt or you will retain the water and toxins!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Losing too much weight shouldn't be a problem as long as you can get your dress altered in time, but if not!.!.!.

The best way to lose just a bit of weight is to cut out all salty foods which retain water, it's a good way to do a quick trim down if you need to!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

what i do is eat A LOT of celery!. You burn more calories eating it than you get from it, and you won't feel hungry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just loose weight in a healthy way! try cut out all the sugar and fat and all that jazz!.!.!. exercise is also very important!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just try to stay away from sugar and carbs for the time being no sodas or fast food and take walks at night not a lot of cardio but light cardio !. I hope you have a great and memorable time at prom and remember this you can never have to many pictures!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Health is is a long-term goal, not an immediate weight loss thing!. Don't let this weight loss thing mess up your prom experience!.
"Health" involves many small steps, such as the transition from caffeinated beverages to fruit juice and water; more exercise; a better ratio of vegetables to junk foods; sufficient sleep; and so on!.
Change doesn't happen overnight!. So don't freak out!.
