Question: Help needed figuring out a daily work out plan that will help me burning fat, not gaining muscles!?
I'm 5!.05" and 115 pounds!. I know that it doesn't sound bad, but I don't like my body the way it is now!. I got cellulite on buttox and thighs + excess fat on my tummy!.I want to get rid of it!. My current daily work out plan includes: Step Master 15 min( means 1 mile,I do 3 level), four different type crunches(25 each) ,streching exsercises, lifting weghts(3 pounds, 5 different types,25 each)+ something for thighs!. Total time is about 50min!. I'm planning to start running soon,but I'm in bad shape right now,plus I don't know for how long and what pace!. Pls tell me if I do anything wrong and how can I improve it!. How to get rid of cellulite!? I think all type of crunches I do affect only the upper muscles on my stomach,what do I do for the lower muscles!.
I just want to get in good shape,no extra muscles!.
I want to make excersising a habit,but still how long should've been excersising to see good results!?

Saying women don't build muscle without steroids is both a riduculous and uneducated statement!. A correct statement would be "women don't build MASSIVE muscle without steroids!." I would wager a guess that all pro female competitors use steroids!. But, that doesn't mean they don't work hard to get to where they are!. Anyhow, I digress!.!.!.

You should be trying to build muscle because it will give you shape and will tighten everything!. If you want to get rid of cellulite, build muscle!. Muscle also takes more energy to sustain than does fat and you can eat more as a result!. You won't lost belly fat by doing crunches, altho crunches are great at building core strength!. For lower abs do decline crunches!.

To get into running, try using high intensity interval training (HIIT)!. Walk for one min, run as hard/fast as you can stand for one min, repeat 10-15x!. This is fail-proof because regardless of whatever shape you're in, on your hard interval you simply run as fast as you can (that varies for everyone) and therefore, with the exception of reasons related to health, there should be no reason you can't complete a full 10 intervals of each!. You will build up your VO2 max - which is the amount of oxygen your body can consume while at your maximum capacity!. By building up vo2 max, workouts will become progressively easier and so you'll have to step it up!.

It sounds like you don't have a gym membership!. If you can get one, I'd recommend it!. Something that is perhaps more important is your diet!. Cut out any processed sugars as they cause water retentions/cellulite and inflammation!. Drink LOTS of water spaced throughout the day!.

One more note, Jenny Lynn, a pro figure competitor does high rep (low weight) lifting in order to deplete her muscles of glycogen and then follows this by low-medium intensity cardio which then burns mostly body fat as there are no glycogen reserves to pull from muscles!.

Hell, teenage boys eating 8000 calories and with testosterone levels 8-9 times yours cant gain muscle when they WANT to and you think its going to happen to you by accident !?

Lift as hard as you like, you will not be able to grow muscles, you will however tone up and look great!.!.

Look into Core Performance by Mark Verstegian!. His work outs are great for all over conditioning and you will not look like some body builder unless you use steriods!. His book also shows how to do all exercises, you will need some equipment but you can do most of it in your home!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
