Hi there. Sometimes when I'm working out I get extremely irritable and edgy. Is this normal or odd?

This irritability happens with any type of excercise. Whether it be Pilates, aerobics, or weight lifting. I'm fully hydrated and properly nurished. Thank you all for your help!

your blood sugar might be low when you get like that. The best thing to do is talk to your doctor
