How do I build muscle?!


Question: How do I build muscle!?
I'm 6'4 240lbs, slim and tall!. I work out 4-5 times a week but can't gain muscle definition!. any suggestions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are 6'4'' as a girl!?! DAYMN!. I'm only 5'2'' lol!. But yeah make sure you do cardio first, then weights!. When you workout (cardio), the muscle and fat separate, so the fat goes to the top and the muscle stays underneath!. So the more cardio you do (along with weight training) the faster your muscles are going to show definition!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What does it mean by work out!?You should have the proper exercise for proper muscles!.It's not that if you do more exercise your muscles will grow bigger!.so consult a gym centre!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

stop eating crap!. nothing with ingriedients you cant pronounce!. raw veggies and fruit should be 90% of your diet!. i know what im talking about!. ive tried the standard american diet and ive tried this!. other people will act like they know but theyve only tried half the equation!. vegetable based diet!. trust me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Need to use resistance training/weights!. An exercise phsyiologist told us that to build muscle it needs to be heavy enough that you can about 10 reps at a time without using compensating movements!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

6' 4 240 damn, try working out with less weight more reps, creatine should help you define too, but if your a girl i mean, unless your a body builder your not going to get that much definition, 4-5 times a week might be too much also, try working different muscle groups each day so each muscle has time to heal, take a break some days and play basketball or run for more healing time, 6'4 240 you should be able to play basketballWww@Answer-Health@Com
