I love candy!. if I see a piece about I'll pick it up and eat it there and then!. but I don't want to be fat!. I know alot of candy is bad for you but it's so good! what can I do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ration it!. Only buy a certain amount and eat only one or two pieces a day!.
Everytime you feel like eating candy but don't put 50p in a jar!. Soon you won't eat as much candy and you'll have money to spend! Just don't spend it on loads more candy!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Find other foods that are small, easy to eat, and some what tasty!. Such as apple slices, raisins, banana chips, etc!.!.!. When you see candy, think to yourself and go the other route!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just start by making a limit number let's say this week you'll have no more than 3,the weekafter 2,and then just ONE a day!.Do it like that,gradually and then with just a piece each day you can be ok if you're a teenager,but if you're an adult then continue with the limits until you reach 2pieces a week!It doesn't just make you gain weight but it's also not healthy overall and your teeth will suffer A LOT!(I didn't even mention indigestion problems,that ALWAYS happens to me when I have a lot of candy and trust me it's not worth it =P)Www@Answer-Health@Com
