How to get skinny legs in 3-4 months?!


Question: How to get skinny legs in 3-4 months!?
I'm a regular plus size girl and I'm looking for ways to get skinny during the summer because I'm tired of having to squeeze myself into plus size jeans!. I'm already eating really healthy, but what exercises will help me burn fat and not gain tons of muscle!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

walk for an hour a day 3-4 times a week!.
i lost so much weight by walking 6 days a week, but it was tiring!.
it's possible, my tight jeans are now loose on me!.

im not a doctor but if you were truly eating properly for example 5-6 SMALL meals a day breakfast being the largest and your last meal of the smallest!.!.!. which include lean protein from chicken white fish beans and complex carbs from fruits and veggies in addition to 3+4 days a weeks worth of resistance(weight)training you would lose weight quickly and tone really quickly i suggest buying the books on clean eating by tosca Reno!. its a lifestyle not a fad!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you cant spot reduce, for women the thighs and butt is where they hold more fat, so that will always be the last to go, for men its the lower abs and love handles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
