Wii workout?!
Question: Wii workout!?
Do you think if I played 10-15 songs on DDR Hottest Party for Wii on difficult or expert everyday, and also played Wii Sports for about 20 minutes a day, that would be a good workout!?

DDR is a very good way to lose weight and have fun!. But I wouldn't count on the Wii to help you lose like 20 pounds!. Depending on how heavy you really are, I would say it'll help between 5-10 pounds!. If you're already fit, I would say like 2 pounds!. I would just stick to a good routine in the gym!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
