The Alli pill...?!

Question:

The Alli pill...?

I am taking the Alli pill but I'm not following the "eat less than 15 grams of fat per meal" thing. It says it makes it to where you dont absorb 1/4 of the fat you intake. So no matter how much fat you eat...you should just poop out 1/4 of it. Which is just essentually like going on a diet where you cut out 1/4 of the amount of fat you would usually eat. Does this make sense? I have been taking the pill for about a month along with a daily multi vitamin just like they suggest and my poop is a lot more oily but it isnt ruining my life in the least bit.
If the pill cuts out 1/4 of the amount of fat you are eating, could you just take 3 or 4 pills per meal to cut out more fat??? I know they say dont take more than 3 pills a day...so I'm not going to try it, but theoretically, this sounds like it makes sense.

Answers:

What you say makes sense, but I don't know how that would affect your digestive system. Alli in its prescription form is called Xenical, and Alli is half the strength of Xenical. So, doubling the amount of Alli would be like taking the prescription strength, which is probably safe, but I wouldn't do it without asking my doctor first.
