Answers:
It depends!. Just a rule of thumb; lift enough so that you can do 15 reps, and the last two you should be struggling!. It also depends if you are toning or strength training (building bigger muscles)!. If you are strength training, do less reps with more weightWww@Answer-Health@Com

You should pick a weight that would leave your muscles fatigued after a set of 12-15 reps!. Each muscle group has it's own strength!. The first time you lift you will have to experiment to decide which works for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Really, it all depends on what you can do now!.

I'd say, start off low!. Find out what weight work for you!. Then work your way up 5 in a week or two if it becomes too easy!. Keep it gradual!.

Any weight it fine really, just not too much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

depends on how big you are!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.you should start off small though if it's your first time then gradually make your way up and don't let no one tell u something is too much!.!.!.!.!.!.and don't try to overdo it either!.!.!.!.!.!.!.you'll slowly get stronger u just need to give it time!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

too much weight: you cant lift it
too little: most people will laugh at youWww@Answer-Health@Com

it all depends on what you want do if you want to be able to get stronger and raise your max then you should go with a higher weight with 6 sets and 5 reps do the first two sets to warm up with light weight what ever your max is and depends on the lift you are doing lets say you do bench and your max is 200 try to do around 165 or 170 for a work out with squats you will drop more from your max if you cant finish the work out and you come close to that its ok just push your self if you cant even come close to finishing the work out do less weightWww@Answer-Health@Com

you should try to leg press about 2000lbs and deadlift about 950lbs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
