I'm almost 14, 5'5 1/2" and I weigh 108 lbs...?!


Question: I'm almost 14, 5'5 1/2" and I weigh 108 lbs!.!.!.!?
is this kind of average!? And I hate how much bigger my stomach is than the rest of me -- I know you can't lose body fat in only one spot, but!.!.!. any tips!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your body weight is fine, if you want to tone your lower abs here is a great exercise!. Lay flat with back on the floor, while keeping you upper body on the floor, raise your legs vertically so that the bottoms of your feet face the ceiling!. then push your bum and your legs toward the ceiling, do about 3 sets of 10!.!.!.you will totally feel it after you do the work out!. You can even surf around looking for tummy toning exercises without having to go ask a trainer at the gym!. But honestly, I think you are perfect the way you are, you really don't need to do anything!. People do come in all shapes and sizes, and most people don't like some part on their bodies!.!.!.!.I know I got some stuff lurkin around that I don't like!.!.!.but really!.!.!.nobody is looking!.!.!.!. That's about right, maybe even a bit on the thin side!.

But you might want to look into exercises to tone your abdomen!. Your coach at school should be able to recommend a few good ones!.
