Question: Eating right and exercise!?!?
ok im want to start eating right can any help me or give suggestion or tips on how to eat healtier!? and i started exercising i want to lose weight any tips!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

take a piece of paper and a pen and start planning! plan your meals in advance!.!.i advise that you drink lots of water,green tea and lowfat milk!.!.stick to foods like fruits,veggies,fish,oatmeal,dried figs,raw nuts,lowfat dairy and moderate intakes of legumes,grains cereals and starchy foods like rice and bread!.!.you may still have a small serving of ice cream or 2 small squares of dark chocolate once or twice a week!.!.that wont kill you!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
