What food/s should I avoid to have a flatter tummy?

Anything that has too much carbohydrates, or bad fats don't eat anything that has saturated or trans-fat those are the really bad kinds of fats you should try avoiding. unsaturated is OK, try not to eat fried food or drink any sodas, you can lost up to 5 pounds alone without drinking soda if you are a heavy coke drinker. Just try to avoid those and choose wheat over white bread. too much mayonnaise isn't good either. And if you like beer, avoid it for a while. It depends what you usually have on your diet. examine your diet and think which foods you can replace the bad foods with. It is going to be difficult avoiding those foods that are tasty but full of fat but you will be happy with the results! and you're cravings will change for healthier foods and it will help you feel better and be healthy at the same time.
