Everybody says im under weight?!


Question: Everybody says im under weight!?
im 17 and ready to join the military so i will run a mile a day do at least 70 pushups and100 crunches on our ab lounge but im 140 lbs and i havent lost a lb in 2 years but everybody says im underweight and if i just eat like a sweet cake and a cup of milk for breakfast my mom gets mad at me and says im anarexic, i dont starve i cook all of my food i mainly eat cereal and baked potatoes for dinner and eat very small portions for lunch but im full and i never drink soda unless i go out to eat i drink tea and im about 5' ft 7 inches!. is this a healthy lifestyle!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont worry about it
as long as you eat when your hungry and excersie regulary its not a problem
its a healthy life style
however try to eat more carbs to give you lots of energy and so your ot runing on empty calories like a sweet cake or milk
have a nice wholesome breakfast like some cereal and some fruit
porrage is really good for energy
otherwise just eat when your hungry

I would probally eat more for dinner--just cereal and a potato aint gonna cut it!. a sweet cake is not healthy!.

it doesnt sound like you are trying to be healthy; it sounds like you are trying not to eat a lot!.

i don't think you are an anorexic, but i do think you have an unhealthy thought process about food--it's not the enemy!.

eat some chicken, fish !.!.lean meats, and eat some veggie and fruit!. then you'll have more of a healthy lifestyle!.
