Question: I have a question about "thigh fat"!? first good answer gets 10 points!?
the outside of my leg is getting hard and in shape, so now whenever i move one leg in front of the other the inside fat ( which there is a significant amount of ) looks like it sags!

its horrible, can i get rid of it!?

I'm not exactly sure what you're talking about but that's probably your inner thigh muscle, not fat!. Flex your leg and see if it tightens up!. If so, then it's definitely not fat!. If you're muscle is getting harder and more in shape on your outer thigh, then your inner thigh most likely is doing the same!.

If you really are having fat growing on your inner thigh and muscle growing on your outer, I would talk to my doctor!. Let him take a look!. Make sure you're not talking about your inner thigh muscles, though!. The best way to get rid of unwanted fat is diet, weight lifting, and cardio all combined! You can't pick where you want the fat to leave!. Your body decides where the fat comes off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can't spot reduce!. To get rid of fat you have to do cardio!. Your body will lose fat all over!. Depending on how your body loses weight will determine when you lose it on the inside of your thighs!.
You see the outside of your legs "getting hard and in shape" but not the inside!. You are probably doing exercises that are working the outsides more than the insides!. Search the web for inner thigh exercises!. A key word to search is thigh adduction!.

Thats normal in a lot of parts of the body!.!.in time your muscles all around will start to harden around ur legs!. Do hip flexors and do them very light and as fast as possible!.!.you want to start burning fat in tha area before adding muscle!. Then gradually add more and do slower repititions!. Jumping jacks with legs apread apart as much as possible really target that area and give you an all around body workout!. Good luck and keep trying ! you'll get there !Www@Answer-Health@Com
