Question: Can you still loose weight by eating 2000 k and then burning +2500 k!?
Or would you gain weight from eating so many calories!?
Becuase I know the golden rule for dieters is that you need to cut down on the calories, but then again I thought another rule was you loose weight by burning more calories than you consume!.!.!.

1 pound of fat = 3,500 calories!. So if you eat 2,000 calories, but burn 2,500 you are -500 calories, but you need to calculate your the average amount of daily calories to maintain your weight based on height, gender, and activity level!. You can google calorie counters!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You should be eating around 1500 cal/day if your a women!. Dont go under 1200!. And if you burn 2500 cal/day you will lose weight, but thats alot of cal!. to burn in one day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
