I weigh 148, am almost 13, and my height is 5' 9" I have muscle in my legs !

I weigh 148, am almost 13, and my height is 5' 9" I have muscle in my legs but need to loose ...?

But need to loose some belly fat and gain arm muscle. please help me. I enjoy yoga, but crunches don't do a thing. Thank you. please have this work by the end of august.

You can up the amount of cardio you are doing - try walking quickly everyday for at least 30 minutes. If you are trying to get ready for school (it sounds like you are!) - try skipping anything fried, no sodas (water is better than even diet soda), avoid anything sugary, eat tons of fruit and veggies, and have low fat yogurt and skim milk everyday(you need to be sure you are getting enough calcium) . At your age, you will probably drop 10 pounds of tummy by the time the end of August rolls around. Push ups and light weights will help the arm muscle.
