How long should I run.?
I'm 15 100 lbs. athletic. However I've taken about a month of working out off. Since track ended late may I have not run much compared to the 7 days a week I was during track season. I have soccer starting in August. What should I do to ease my way back into it? I am ok with jogging everyday! Thanks!

It is OK to jog every day.
Alternate one day of longer run - maybe 5K or 10K with slower pace, with another of short but fast run - maybe 100 m or 400 m repeated 4 times with cross training.
Since you are doing soccor, speed will be important. Short fast run will help you build up speed, while the longer run will condition you to a soccor match that may last one full hour.
I would suggest work out 3 days on, 1 day off, and repeat. That way, you don't burn out.
