Start by eating healthy and working out 3 -5 times a week!. Here are some workouts that can help put your legs in shape, you can do this in the morning and before you go to sleep!. Buy a swiss ball and 5 pound weights!.

Step-up
Lunges
Swiss ball curls
these are some of many!.

Do lunges and squats and then go for a jog for about 30 minutes!. And just eat healthy and drink lots of water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i would say build muscle to burn the fat fast
