Stomach hurts if i don't eat?!


Question: Stomach hurts if i don't eat!?
when i get really hungry, my stomach growls, but then sometimes, the hunger goes away!. that's after like 5 hours without food!. but then shortly after that, my stomach hurts really bad, and it gets all bloated for about 30 minutes!.

Sometimes it hurts after i eat too!. like before, sometimes i go without food for about 5 hours, and i'm starving, but then it goes away, but if i start eating again, my stomach hurts really bad!.

i only experience pain if i don't eat for a long time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should eat whenever you feel hungry!. You are only hurting your body if you avoid eating!.
You could go to a doctor, and tell him you experience pain when you don't eat for a while!. Know what he would say!? "Eat in shorter intervals!."
I don't know if you are doing this on purpose, but if you are, stop!. It is incredibly stupid and really just makes you look like an idiot in the long run!. Just avoid diets altogether!. If you want to lose weight, try Jenny Craig or visit a nutritionist!.

Houdini, you just won a stupid card!. Your body does not eat lean muscle!. It just doesn't happen!. Starvation mode only means that your body holds on to everything you put in it and you become very sick from the lack of nutrients!. I suppose a good idea for you would be to make sure you eat a small meal or snack every three to four hours so that your stomach doesn't get empty!. Your body is telling you that you should eat regularly!. My daughter gets like that when she forgets to eat!. Okay if you want to get fat keep starving yourself until you can't stand it and you have to eat!.!.your body will go into starvation mode and hold on to your food!.!.
If you would like to be thin(which I imagine is why your not eating) eat at regular intervals and you won't have pain like thatWww@Answer-Health@Com
