In instances of extreme starvation, and after your body has depleted your fat stores, you will begin to lose muscle cells!. It's doubtful that you could knowingly starve yourself to that extreme, and likely that you would damage your organs (including your brain) in the process!.

Think of it like this!.!.!. if you follow the instructions on the blog weight loss and dieting should only take one attempt!. Why go through frustrating struggles and risk injury when you can do it the right way!.

By giving up on exercise!. If you exercise, you will work those muscles!. The only way for muscles to atrophy is through underuse!. Even with a bad diet your muscles will grow as you stress them!.
You are out of luck in your insane goals because there is really no way to achieve them!. Sorry bout your luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Work out to tone instead of build muscle!. Smaller weights lots of repetition!. run, or other cardio is good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
