I'm about that thin, maybe even a little thinner!. I have a kind of touchy stomach so it isn't really by choice!.!. but generally just try and eat light and do aerobics and jogging, lifting weights doesn't burn much fat, it just builds muscle and makes you bulkier, avoid that! So just eat a lot of very small meals instead of big meals, don't eat anything at least 2 hours before bed!. Good luck!. We need more pretty women like that, THAT'S natrual! You're not going to tone a body solely by running!. Also, that model's legs are incredibly skinny!. If you run, you will be creating some muscle definition!. You're going to have to do a combination of things in order to achieve optimum results in toning your body!. You should eat many small portions of healthy food throughout the day!. Get 8-10 hours of sleep every night!. Drink water frequently!. Most importantly, you must exercise!. You'll need to combine cardio and strength exercises!. Try running, biking, and swimming for cardio exercise!. Try various types of ab exercises as well; you can find examples online!. Your not going to get a straight answer from this kind of crowd!.!.!. I am not going to judge you or anything, but if you want to look like that think about it realistically!. Does your bones have that same physique!? If so, go ahead walk until you drop those pounds!. However, just by walking won't get you to where you want to go!. You have to eat right too!.

It depends on your body size now!. If you are around a 2 or a 3, then (I won't say a week) you could get to that size pretty soon!. Calories!.!.!.!.just depends on your usual diet!. If you eat sweets a lot, cut back on those!. If you are usually one to take seconds, skip it a few times a week!. As for the running, a couple of miles a day would get you down soon!. Just remember, that you shouldn't strain yourself to achieve these results!. All people are built differently, and that doesn't mean you have to starve yourself to get there!. OK seriously why would you want to be this skinny and it depends how big you are now if you are 300 pounds i dont think so but if you only need to lose a couple of pounds maybe if you eat like all healthy and excercise but DONT over work your body cause it also depends how your thyroid is if u have a fast or really slow thyroidWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well, it really depends on how much you weigh now!.
Most of the girls you see walking the runway
starve themselves, and work out more then they should!.
All this is bad for your health!.
But, if you really want to look like that it's your choice!.
You should run at least an hour or more everyday,

but if you wanna be fit u need to run for like 30 minutes to an hour
and by the end of the week you'll be fine

Eat whatever you want!. Run 30-60 mins every morning!. If you do, you'll never be fat!.

It depends on where you're weight is at now!. But I would have to say if you're average weight than no!. It deffinatly took a lot longer than a week for that woman to get where's she's at!.
