Question: How to shock your metabolism!?
Well, I recently learned that the most ffective way to lose weight is to shock your metabolism!. Eating less will just reduce the amount of calories burned!. Eating less carbohydrates will reduce burned energy!. Now shocking metabolism requires to eeat more than three times a day!. This also requires to eat unexpected foods at unexpected times, so that our metabolism would get shocked and burn more calories!. Sso my question is, what should be my diet to shock my metabolism!? What should I eat and when!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have a friend who went from 140kg to 100kg in a few months!. He changed his eating habbits to about 5 small meals per day!. Yes it's true, your body will shut down if you fast!. They were generally healthy high protien food!.

I so from memory have lots of fruit and veg with your meal and high quality protein!. I hadn't heard about the unexpected foods but sounds good!. Spicy is good!. Cafene is good (if you are desperate)!. Unprocessed is good because it is absorbed more slowly, and therefore burned before it can be turned to fat!.

If you really want to burn of the kilos though!. Exercise will also keep your metabolism in high gear!. Preferably heavy (for you) weights followed by cardio!. It must be in that order!. As with food, exercising twice per day will keep your metaboism on serious overdrive!. But then you must be careful of injuries from build up strain!.

Sorry!.!.!. I'm rambling!. In answer to your qurstion, any obviously healthy foods is good, just keep them small and often!.!.!.!. I only signed on to Yahoo to find out the price of bread in England!Www@Answer-Health@Com

the best way to shock it is to eat simple carbs (pasta, bread, potatoes) right before and after your workouts!. It will give you the energy to workout and it will give your body the energy to build itself back up while still burning fat!. So you should do cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach (unless its hard for you to gain weight) and eat your protein and simple carbs right after and eat complex carbs (veggies, oatmeal) through out the day and then lift weights in the afternoon or evening, it will give your metabolism a double boost!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hmm sounds like you've done your homework!.

I would start off with 3 protein days!. You'll find that nutritionists will usually put you on this at the beginning of any new "diet"!. You will be eating 6 - 8 meals a day of protien but they will all be fairly small!. Normally there will be protein bars added to it or protein drinks!. So you would start off the morning with something like eggs and then a couple hours later a protein bar, then lunch would be 4 oz chicken and then fat free cheese for snack and so forth!. Really small portions at each meal!. Then you would get on a normal meal plan full of healthy foods eating them 5 or 6 times a day!. Meals would be lean meats, vegi's, fruits and so forth!. Then 1 day a week you would have a protein day where you just repeat the several protein filled meals in a day (which shocks your system)!. Eat enough calories that you're above your resting metabolic rate and add working out to that and you should see big results!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

you will need to shock your metabolism when you've eaten really good, worked out really hard and haven't lost weight in weeks!. What you do at that point is spend an entire day eating cheese burgers, ice cream, pizza, and every fattening thing you can think of!.!.!.don't kill yourself though!.!.!.just regular portions!. then, go back to eating healthy!. this is not something you want to do once a week or anythign like that!. you should also try reducing your calories as well!. cuz the number of calories that brought you from 160-130 will not bring you from 130-110!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
