What to do for running for the next week?!

Question: What to do for running for the next week!?
So I've been running outside for about a week now since it got nice and I love it, I run about 5!.35 miles and was about to go up to 5!.5 miles on my next run

however now the wind is about 30mph and starting Sunday is going to drop down into the 30s PLUS rain for the entire week next week!?

before I ran outside I was running on my treadmill but I just went insane on it because it doesn't feel like I'm accomplishing anything plus theres a clock almost right in front of me so with nothing to look at I tend to stare at the clock which makes time pass slower

I do have a health club membership but the problem is I stopped going there because it's just insanely packed all the time, they oversold the membership so literally everything is taken up and if I were to run on the track I would have to avoid people walking/running the wrong way *they have signs up on which days to go a certain way but theres always a handful that don't bother*

also I have no cold running gear, which should I do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had the exact same problem with the treadmill, ten minutes seemed like an hour for me!. I just ended up putting black tape on the time, distance, etc!.!.!. Do stuff to get running off your mind like watching a movie or listening to music!. Back when i was training for my last fight, I did long 10 mile endurance runs, and to get my mind off it, i would do math in my head!. It's amazing how fast time flys by when your mind is some ware else entirely!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

place your treadmill in front of your tv
taht way you can watch tv while run that's what i do =)

i prefer running on treadmill b/c it's less harmful to your ankles and knees =)
either that or just take a week break and when weather gets better start running againWww@Answer-Health@Com

Move a TV in front of your treadmill and watch TV while running!. Or buy cold gear and run outside!. Or deal with the too many people and go to the gym!. (My gym is always way crowed too!.!.!.I don't like going because I don't like to wait for a machine)Www@Answer-Health@Com

well, it doesn't sound like you have many options!. either buy some cold gear, go to the gym early in the mornings or late at night (so it's not busy) or deal with people going the wrong way on the trackWww@Answer-Health@Com

Treadmill in front of the TV or treadmill at health club but checking out the cute girls!.

Try going at different hours!. Most of the early morning people, and I mean very early morning, are serious and will go the right way and stay off the track!. Complain to management when people are going the wrong way, or obviously blocking the people attempting a real workout!.

It is possible that you were going in January or Feb!. That's when everyone makes new years resolutions and they sell a lot of memberships!. By now, mid April the crowds should have thinned out!.

Cold weather gear out side!. So long as you have the right gear, stay warm and are not freezing your lungs, go for it!. See the wind as a challenge, and a resistance workout!. Run into the wind for 3/5 of your total time, then turn around and with the wind behind you, run home as fast as you can!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
